Dear Country Road Realty:
My Husband and I had been looking for our "dream" home for what
seems like forever. We had worked with several realtors with no results
and were getting very discouraged.
One day we were traveling around looking for houses with "For
Sale" signs posted. We came upon one that we both really liked.
Luckily, it had a "Country Road Realty" sign in front of it. We decided
to call and make an appointment to talk to someone there, and to be
shown the property.
When we arrived the next day, we STRUCK GOLD! We met a lady
named Mary De Groff. After the initial introductions were made, Mary
gave us a grand tour of the house we had asked to see. This house
wasn't quite what we were looking for so Mary took the time to show us
several more. By the end of the day Frank and I both felt as if we had
known Mary all of our lives.
Mary continued to meet with us. She not only continued to show
us more properties, but she tried to match us homes that "fit" us.
On our third appointment with her, Mary led us straight to our
"Dream House". She then took us out and treated us to lunch to
celebrate.
The list of things this woman has done for us is endless. As
we were waiting for our financing to go through, and we were new to the
area, Mary found us a beautiful house to rent. She was also kind enough
to find us a cable company, a fuel company, the telephone company, and
our attorney. She helped us with getting a post office box, to
establish our residence, and even brought me books to read so I would
have something to do.
Not only Mary, but everyone in the office went the extra mile
for us. Mary and Lani both helped us make out our loan application and
found us someone to plow snow from our yard.
Every time we needed something all we had to do was call, or go into the office and someone was there to help us.
On our closing day Mary and her husband, Denny, even took us out to lunch to celebrate. I feel we have made lifelong friends.
When you read one of their signs "WE GO THE EXTRA MILE", you can beleive it because THEY DO!

Dear Emma-Jean (Country Road Realty):
It's Friday morning and I'm waiting for my car. I'm hoping to
hear good news about the land. Regardless, I wanted to let you know
what a wonderful day Wednesday was. I think that I floated home; I was
in such deep thoughts, mostly about meeting you. How gracious, kind and
spontaneous! Emma-Jean, you are incredibly savvy and knowledgeable
about everything in your field. Anyone would feel so secure working
with you. It was a great meeting.
